The 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting of First Metro Philippine Equity Exchange Traded Fund, Inc. will be conducted virtually on June 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. via zoom to discuss business matters.

Record Date. Only shareholders of record at the close of business on May 25, 2026 are entitled to notice and to vote at the said meeting.

Pre-Registration: Individual shareholders intending to participate by remote communication should register through the online registration form and e-mail their valid government ID to asm@atrfami.com.ph

Proxy. We are not soliciting your proxy. However, if you are unable to attend the virtual meeting but would like to be represented thereat, you may download and accomplish the Proxy Form/s and send a scanned copy to asm@atrfami.com.ph on or before June 9, 2026.
